I grew up around hotels, airlines and international airports because both of my parents worked in hospitality and aviation. Long before my own professional career, I understood that a well-considered experience could change how people felt about a journey.
As a U.S. Navy Veteran, I worked in logistics to move people and parts where they were needed to accomplish a mission. That work taught me to understand the goal, anticipate what is needed and coordinate details without losing sight of the people involved.
I've been doing work for others grounded in that discipline since 2004. Lovely Detours brings it to thoughtful gatherings, recognition, independent exploration and learning experiences—connecting a human reason to an actionable plan.
