About the business
TKL Services LLC does business as Lovely Detours Travel Co. (also known as Lovely Detours). The legal company and the public-facing brand refer to the same business. We offer experience-design consulting, planning and coordination for adults, groups and organizations. This website describes possible services and is not a booking platform or a promise that any particular arrangement is available.
Consulting engagements and fees
Services, deliverables, timelines, fees, cancellation terms, and responsibilities are established in a separate written proposal or agreement. Submitting an inquiry or receiving an initial reply does not create a paid engagement. Any applicable consulting or planning fees will be disclosed and agreed to before work begins.
Travel booking and franchise relationship
When we arrange eligible travel, we do so through authorized travel-booking channels associated with our independently owned and operated Dream Vacations franchise. Travel bookings and travel payments are handled through authorized booking and supplier systems, separate from Lovely Detours consulting-fee invoicing. Specific booking documentation and disclosures govern an actual transaction.
Dream Vacations and supplier names are the property of their respective owners; their mention describes an affiliation or service context, not ownership of Lovely Detours by the franchisor.
Suppliers, prices, and arrangements
Trip prices, availability, inclusions, entry requirements, supplier policies and schedules may change. Supplier contracts, deposit requirements, final-payment deadlines, cancellation rules and refund conditions are provided in applicable booking documents. No trip or service is reserved or confirmed merely because an inquiry has been sent.
Travel responsibilities
Travelers remain responsible for reviewing passports, visas, entry requirements, personal identification, health and accessibility needs, and travel protection options appropriate to their plans. We will discuss planning questions within our agreed scope, but supplier and government requirements apply independently of the information on this site.
